Surprising townhouse in Rotterdam

The house just off the center of Rotterdam is home to our five people family and our architecture office. We transformed the 19th century townhouse from a fashion store and art gallery into a modern, open loft in which we work, play and live.
The house accommodates 2-4 adults (2 large double beds) and about 4 children. Within 10 minutes cycling you are everywhere in the center of Rotterdam but the surroundings are very quiet and cozy, being the historical village core of Old Charlois with the church just across the street. What a contrast to the industrie sof the harbour and the bustling city of skyscrapers that Rotterdam has become.
